Estimates:
We offer free estimates prior to sending your rug to our shop for cleaning or repairs, if you forward detailed pictures, measurements, quality and type of work requested by you.
Restoration:
In case of damage, just about any problem has a solution with our professional restoration. Old and antique rugs sometimes need to be rewoven in areas where they are worn excessively to restore their condition. Almost all hand woven rugs are in need of repair sometimes in their life time. Consult our experienced staff for all your restoration needs prior to restoring your precious rugs.
Reweaving services:
Reweaving services are offered for moth damage, fringe loss, hole, salvage, and corduroy effect.
Fringe:
Alteration, removal, reinsertion, and corrections are offered in our specialty shop.
Padding:
We offer custom made pads for your rugs.
Appraisal:
We have 50 years of experience and credentials behind our knowledge, in Iran, Europe and in the United States. We offer appraisal with direct examination of your carpets. As ASID member, and member of Chamber of Commerce in California, our experienced experts have years of background in cultural museum worked in Europe.
Our appraisal services can be used for insurance companies, customs documents, government claims, Auctions, as well as buyer consultations.
Cleaning:
Our professional cleaning will insure a skilled cleaning that brings out the richness of colors and the softness of the wool, and silk in your adorned rugs. Depending on the amount of traffic, a professional washing is recommended every three to six years.
